• Use 1 tsp per 8 oz cup, heat water to 208° steep for 4-5 minutes.

Earl Grey teas were traditionally blended with an assortment of black teas.  Today, any tea (green, white, herbal) can be blended with Bergamot oil and become an Earl Grey.
