Jun Chiyabari which means Moonlit Tea Garden is as lovely as the tea itself.  These hand-rolled black tea leaves are serious  competitors to the world's finest Darjeelings. Both the leaves and the infusion have intense scents of hay flowers, a complex and fresh aroma and slightly earthy characteristics with a delicate sweet spiciness. Only small amounts of this tea are exported.

• Use 1 tsp per 6 oz cup. Heat water to 208° steep for 4-5 minutes.
