Milk Oolong

Milk Oolongs are sweet, lightly roasted rolled leaves grown in the Jin Xuan mountains. It is the flavor of the fresh leaves from this tea cultivar that are transformed into a soft, creamy, buttery "milky" flavor. The light roasting brings out the milk fragrance and creates less astringency with natural sweetness when brewed.
