Use 1 tsp per 6 oz cup, heat water to 175° and steep for 2-3 minutes.
Oolong tea is a type of tea that is sometimes called "wulong". Oolong teas are semi-oxidized teas. After the tea leaves are picked, they are rolled and allowed to oxidize. Oxidation produces floral notes that characterize many oolongs.
